Our mission

To excel in delivering training, to be recognized as 'among the very best' and do it at affordable prices.

To be practical, relevant and effective in our approaches.

To keep a close personal touch with our clients, students and participants.

Our motivation

Our motivation comes from receiving the ultimate compliment, of which we never get enough:

Wow, this stuff really works!

Our field of interest

Life and business experience has made us much aware of the gap between what we learn in school and what is really important to succeed. Consequently we focus on important subjects to fill this gap, as illustrated by the following three examples.

The term 'emotional intelligence' has become fashion in recent years. It underlines what many of us know, namely the notion that EI is a better predictor of success in life than IQ. Emotional intelligence subjects are a part of all our training programs.

Quality of life is highly dependent on the quality of our relationships with people. Learning to improve the quality of these relationships is another important component in our programs, in the various roles as leader, manager, colleague, subordinate, member of a team, etc.

There is another important aspect to relationships, namely the relationship with our self and the idea that we can change the outer aspects of our life by changing our inner attitudes. The logic is simple: All the relationships form looping patterns and the effects of our actions will eventually return to us.
In practice however, these changes of inner attitude are difficult to bring about. That is why we developed a whole range of practical tools which we share through the Creative Achievement and Personal Peak Performance training programs.

The greatest revolution of our generation is the discovery that human beings, by changing the inner attitudes of their minds, can change the outer aspects of their lives.
William James

If money is your hope for independence you will never have it. The only real security that man will have in this world is a reserve of knowledge, experience and ability.

The thoughts we choose to think are the tools we use to paint the canvas of our lives.

If we cannot change the winds, we can at least change the sails.

The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice and because we fail to notice that we fail to notice, there is little we can do to change, until we notice. How failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds.
